Water For Us. Water For Everyone
GiveMeTap believes that access to fresh clean water is a basic human right and we are working hard to make water easily accessible to anyone, anywhere, any time both here (in the UK) and abroad. By you purchasing one of our products GiveMeTap bottles we are then able to commit 70% of profits to fund independent water projects in regions where it’s needed most.
This is why we created GiveMeTap - so that we can raise greater awareness around water issues that face us around the globe. Together we are greater than the sum of our parts. By working together we can make great changes here in the UK and through our Giving Back strategy, assist in the development of water related environment non-profit projects.

All4One Namibia Water Project
GiveMeTap is supporting the All4One Namibia Water Project in conjunction with the Kalahari Peoples Fund, Accounting4Africa and The Redbush Tea Company to drill a borehole in Namibia and provide clean water to 1,200 people in that Kalahari area.
Project delivery
In essence the All4One Namibia project will give N’ama-pan (a particularly remote area of the Nyae Nyae Conservancy, just by the Botswana border at Gam) its own new and reliable source of water through drilling a new borehole and installing water pumping, storage and irrigation equipment to help transform life in the village.
The whole project will involve:
Drilling a borehole to access a permanent and clean water supply
Installing a water pump and a 10,000 Litre storage tank
Constructing elephant-proofing walls to protect the equipment
Installing a new irrigation system to allow for village planting of vegetables
Installing materials to offer shade for crops
Constructing a meeting hall to act as a social facility for local communities in and around N’ama-pan
The project will include training of community members on maintenance of the boreholes and equipment. During the process of maintaining or repairing the boreholes the local community will be fully involved in order to strengthen the feeling of ownership of the boreholes by community itself. During their November visit the team will work with the village community to complete installation of the pump to bring the first water to the surface and commission the irrigation system, as well as completing work on the elephant-proofing of the facilities and formal commissioning of the whole project.
Our message is sustainability – to stay hydrated, reduce waste and save money. It's time to think globally and drink locally.
